Zhang Xiao is a Southerner who moved to Beijing to work as an OL, with dreams of romance and a stable job. By coincidence, she gets a job at a conglomerate ‘Zhen Tian'. Like all newbies, she’s bullied and stepped on, and the saving grace is her boss, Yin Zheng.
