At Doldam Hospital, a small, humble medical facility, Kim Sa Bu, a once-renowned surgeon, finds a new purpose as its chief. After a successful operation on Chairman Sin, he gains support to improve the hospital. However, following Chairman Sin’s death and the return of an old rival, Kim Sa Bu faces new challenges, including an injury resurfacing. To address Doldam’s staff shortage, he recruits two new surgeons, Seo U Jin, who is driven by money, and Cha Eun Jae, who struggles with surgery.
