A man wakes up in a hospital after an accident with no memory of who he is—his name, his family, or even where he lives. After the police identify him through his fingerprints, he learns his name and address and returns home. That night, he had a restless sleep, only to wake up and find a girl watching him. She claims to be a ghost. Believing he’s hallucinating due to the accident, Lee Mun Gi tries to dismiss her, but his doubts grow when he later finds her photo at a funeral. Her name was Kim Yeon Hwa. Determined to understand why she appeared to him, Mun Gi asks if she wants him to find her killer and take revenge. However, she tells him the police can handle that and that he has a more important task. The reason she came to him, she says, lies hidden within his lost memories.
