In 1999, 11th-grader Dan transfers to Saint Lawrence’s, an all-boys Catholic school, while his father undergoes treatment for terminal brain cancer. His mother passed away when he was seven. Dan bonds with Brother Anurak, the school's dean and psychologist, who tries to cure Dan's sleep paralysis, which worsens after his transfer. Dan sees a suffocating shadow in his dreams, which Brother Anurak believes is tied to unresolved issues with Dan's father. On his first day, Dan sits at the desk of Trin, a senior who mysteriously vanished the previous year. This sparks a fear among the students. Dan befriends classmates Nai, Josh, and Cha-aim, a student from Saint Mary's. Together, they investigate Trin's disappearance while helping Dan confront the shadow haunting him. (Source: MyDramaList)
